Tsavo West & East the combined area of Tsavo West and East parks makes Tsavo one of the world's largest game sanctuaries, larger in size than Wales in Great Britain or Jamaica in the Caribbean. It covers 20,000km2 (7720m2).  Tsavo West Park stretches from the main Nairobi - Mombasa road down to the Tanzania border. It is famous for its extensive plains, lava flows, steep rocky hills, the natural wonder- Mzima Spring which forms a natural Jacuzzi for hippo and crocodile.
